The Ethics of Eating Healthy.

There's been a big push to be healthy in recent years...everything from GMO labeling to organics to outlawing large soft drinks has been pushed into the public eye, all under the guise of helping us all to "be healthier". But what happens when our push to be healthy undermines the health of a lesser developed and less adaptable population?

Enter the harsh realities facing Bolivians and the dire effects of the West's massive increase in consumption of their staple grain Quinoa, all in efforts to be a little healthier...
